Terms and Conditions.
FullServe Hosting’s general policy is to act as a provider of Internet presence. FullServe Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to any or all services provided to the customer. FullServe Hosting decides what is inappropriate and reserves the right to take immediate action to suspend or cancel when abuse is affecting the network and/or servers, and without warning.
All services provided by FullServe Hosting may be used for lawful purposes only. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography or material protected by trade secret and other statute. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FullServe Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pirated Software Adult Content Warez Sites IRC Bots Hate Sites Hack Programs and Archives FullServe Hosting will act as the sole arbitrator as to what constitutes a violation of this condition. FullServe Hosting will fully cooperate with law enforcement in dealing with unlawful activities performed on our network.
Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a FullServe Hosting customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to FullServe Hosting, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack. FullServe Hosting will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "Internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password stealing, and so on.
FullServe Hosting provides each account with the option to add chat room capabilities. Most chat rooms leave security holes in our network, therefore, we do not allow the use of any other chat rooms on our servers.
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our network.
There is no such thing as unlimited resources, and we expect you to act responsibly when consuming resources on our system. If you consume unnecessary and excessive resources on our system we may suspend your access at any time without prior notice to correct the situation. Price changes. FullServe Hosting reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time with a 30-day notice to the current customers. Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any price change throughout the contract period.

As the servers are connected to the Internet constantly, the content of the servers are exposed to hacker attacks, viruses and other adverse effects. For these, and many other reasons, customers may lose the entire contents of his/her account(s). We encourage our clients to keep a back-up of their files on their own equipment in case of such an incident. FullServe Hosting will not be liable for any lost data.
All plans have a set allotment of bandwidth available for use. Any bandwidth usage that is over the limit of the monthly allotment will be charged according to the terms that are set forth. Unused bandwidth may not be carried over to the following month. Current bandwidth overage pricing is $5/GB.
Spamming and mail bombing is strictly prohibited. Any customer who uses their e-mail for spamming will have their account terminated immediately. All fees and pre-paid services will not be refunded. FullServe Hosting will act as the sole arbitrator as to what constitutes a violation of this condition.
Any customers found abusing our servers will have their account immediately suspended. Any account that excessively uses the server resources may be temporarily stopped to provide optimal server resources for other users. If any account is found to be affecting server performance at a continued duration of time, it may be disabled.
Violation of network systems such as, but not limited to unauthorized access, trying to breach network security is prohibited.
Customers are responsible to update their information (i.e., billing info, address change, credit card change, etc). Not doing so may result in cancellation of customer account(s).
FullServe Hosting will send an e-mail when we have successfully billed your credit card account. All credit cards are billed automatically every month/year, depending on contract. If for any reason your credit card charges are denied, we will notify our customers of the denied charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the customer credit card information is up-to-date. 2checkout.com is an authorized credit card processor for FullServe Hosting. Charges for services provided on your credit card will appear as 2checkout.com. Any accounts that are past due after 30 days will be deactivated.
Customer agrees to pay according to what the customer has ordered on the order form submission.
All fees are due in advance. We will not activate any account that is not yet paid for in advance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with FullServe Hosting’s service, you may cancel your account at anytime by writing to support@fshsd.com. There is no reimbursement and no pro-rate if a customer decides to terminate the services before the end of a prepaid term, regardless of the reason for the termination. FullServe Hosting can terminate this agreement at the end of a billing period, with a 30-day notice. FullServe Hosting will not refund the setup fee for the cancellation of any accounts. Cancellation of contract payments is subject to one-month fee of contract agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion to any customer.
Customer agrees that he/she shall not hold FullServe Hosting liable of any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expenses, including attorney fees and/or court costs that arise from any judgments directly or indirectly created by the services of FullServe Hosting.
FullServe Hosting shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages to a customer's business, even if FullServe Hosting has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a problem occurs that is within FullServe Hosting’s control, we will issue credits based on the length of downtime according to the service plan of the customer. As the Internet is unpredictable, customers are aware that network availability is not guaranteed to be 100%. FullServe Hosting shall not be liable for any claims resulting from the corruption or deletion, of any website or data at FullServe Hosting.
FullServe Hosting shall not be responsible for any delay resulting directly or indirectly from a natural disaster such as fire, shortages of facilities, acts of civil or military authority, catastrophes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
All complaints will be investigated promptly. In the event an account is being investigated, FullServe Hosting reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the account(s) in question. Please report violations to: abuse@fshsd.com
FullServe Hosting reserves the right to make changes to our Acceptable Use Policy at any time without notification. Changes to our Acceptable Use Policy takes affect immediately upon being posted on our website at http://www.fshsd.com/aup.php.
This Agreement supersedes all prior and current, oral or written understandings and agreements between FullServe Hosting and the customer. Any prior statements that are not written in this agreement, even if they are promised orally or written are deemed void. Customers hereby acknowledge and will abide by all the rules set forth in this agreement.
